This is then gently worked into the washed lengths and ends. Just by massaging it in, the hair feels noticeably softer and smoother . After a brief exposure time of about one minute, the conditioner is thoroughly rinsed out.

After I had finally found a shampoo with our Schaumies that didn't weigh down my fine hair and was gentle on my sensitive scalp, I was faced with the next challenge: the right aftercare.
Many conventional conditioners felt like a heavy film on my hair, stripping it of all its volume. Others, on the other hand, provided minimal conditioning, leaving my ends dry and straw-like. Furthermore, many liquid conditioners often contain silicones or unnecessary fillers that are neither good for my hair nor for the environment.
So it was clear: I had to develop an alternative! I wanted a hair care product that moisturizes without weighing it down, that makes my hair soft but not greasy. A product that relies on natural, sustainable ingredients and is completely plastic-free.
